I might, but I have no clue as what!

I'm not sure if we'll be going out, but a few I've seen before are a priest and pregnant nun, the 50's housewife and the milk man, or a beach-going couple with a beach ball (if you live in a warm climate and you're brave).

I'll likely just be lazy and get one of those funny maternity shirts that looks like a ghost on my tummy, or a skeleton baby and mom, or one with a scary jack-o-lantern that says "I eat small children."
