Gap or old navy had a pair last year. They will probably have them again if you can wait a bit

I eventually had to just buy a size up in scrubs and wear them low. Wasn't ideal though.

I used cheap scrubs with a drawstring and just sized up and wore them above the belly. Not always cute but very comfortable!

I got a pair of full panel cropped black ponte pants from Gap about two months ago. Love them.

Not ponte, but the cut might work. $46

@Mrs. Pen: is it possible that you could shell out for the pants you linked to even though they're $$$? Only say so because I got the Ingrid and Isabel Active Leggings, which are similar, and they were hands-down the best maternity item I got--I wore them like 4 days a week from week 16, and now at 4 weeks pp, I'm still wearing them 4 times a week. They've held up wonderfully and have earned their keep and justified the high price many times over. I also struggled to find a good-quality over the bump pair of everyday pants (agree, I hate under the bump--ordered a pair of JCrew ponte pants and they just fell down).
