I started using the Fresh 20 meal plans a couple weeks ago based on recommendations here. It's made my life so much easier and kept my grocery budget the same! This week we are having seared poke bowls, brocolli fried rice, beef stew with mashed cauliflower, and Italian beef sandwiches.

I'm on a Pioneer Woman kick right now. Simple and delicious!
BBQ Oven Chicken http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2014/06/oven-bbq-chicken/
- served with sugar snap peas and mashed potatoes
Potato Soup (I cheat and use canned Campbells Potato Soup as a thickener because I hate dealing with flour--it always lumps on me): http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2013/01/perfect-potato-soup/
- served with crusty warm french bread
Spicy Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork Sandwiches http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2011/03/spicy-dr-pepper-shredded-pork/
- served with store-bought slaw
Breakfast for Dinner Pancakes, bacon, fried eggs, toast, mushroom omelet for my DH (he doesn't care for pancakes that much)
The Marlboro Man Sandwich (the only substitution I make is that I use sliced sirloin and it is to DIE for) http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2007/06/marlboro_mans_f/
- served with steamed broccoli
I'm also going to make a strawberry shortcake (http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2009/05/strawberry-shortcakecake/) this week using frozen strawberries even though it's not very autumn themed.
