January pantry challenge going on here where we are trying to eat through our freezer and pantry! I'm packing leftovers and frozen burritos from our freezer for lunch all week!

Monday: Pierogies and sausages with salads
Tuesday: Japanese curry over brown rice
Wednesday: Pulled pork sandwiches with oven fries
Thursday: Black bean veggie burgers (frozen) with avocado and sweet potato oven fries
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Spaghetti and meatballs
Sunday: Jambalaya with spicy sausage

All I need is some pork for my curry, a bell pepper, and some carrots and potatoes! Just need some fruit for the family and shopping should be set!
