We are having our second girl and are having trouble naming her. As of last night, I've been really really really loving the name Sydney. DH says it's okay but I think if I had middle name suggestions he would get on board.
For reference, DD1 is named Jessie Lynn and both names were his pick. The more I think about it, the more I love this name and I really want to get him to agree, help!

If you really want to get him on board, you might want to consider a middle name in honor of one of his family members (mom, grandma, etc.)
Other than that, since Sydney is a somewhat unisex name, I'd go with a decidedly feminine middle name. Marie, Jane, Anne, Grace, and Elizabeth all sound good with Sydney in my opinion.

We don't really have any family names that are important to us to use or that we love.
@loveisstrange: Rae was a middle name that we were playing around with when we were considering Caroline; I'll bring it up again!

DH is saying if I still feel the same about the name in a few days we can name her Sydney so basically that's her name
