I've had one once, ouch is right on target! I just did the same stuff I did when I had blocked ducts and mastitis, warm compresses, lots of milk expressed onto it. Kelly Mom was one of my favorite resources for miserable things like that- big hugs!

Yes, they were so uncomfortable. I just did lots of nursing, warm compress, etc and they (thankfully!) didn't stick around too long.

Thanks ladies, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner! It lasted for four days and went away....that was terrible!

It was so painful 24/7 and even more painful while I was nursing, I'm so glad it's gone!
