We are on day 2 of nap training and yesterday we got about 4 naps out of him (each 1 hour or shorter). Today is our first nap OVER 1 hour.. in fact it was 2 hours. LO is 7 months old and had been not napping at all at daycare..

@littlek: How long do you let him cry during nap training? When I attempted it, we did 15-20 minutes before checking but do we need to check? She seems much more worked up during nap training than at night.
We're going to attempt it again probably on Tuesday and I hope we get results similar to yours!

@BelugaBean: We didn't check, because that makes him more mad. The first time we put him down it was about 40 mins of crying and then he napped for 1 hour. Since then it has decreased to about 15 - 20 minutes of crying before he'll nap.

@littlek: Good to know. Maybe if tonight goes well I'll try it tomorrow. Tonight is night #4 of the night training so maybe it'd be good to overlap them a little.

I decided to start naps today. She just cried for 37 minutes and now seems to be asleep but I'm not sure yet. I laid her down probably closer to 45-50 minutes ago though.
I can hear her sniffling on the monitor which I hate. : ( This is also harder because DH isn't here.
