@Adira: Did you get it put in right after having a baby? Are you still nursing? I didn't have a period until 11months having it put in but I was also nursing. My periods are pretty regular now but they have varied in flow and sometimes they stop and start again. My OB said it's totally normal for them to be irregular.

@turquoisemama: No, I put it in at 11 months postpartum and then only nursed for a couple more months.

And the never ending period finally seems to be going away, so I think it was just a fluke!
