What should we do?
It was contained to a small pile of dish rags that got leaked on, but the whole house got smelly during removal.
We called a mold specialist who said it could wait until Monday to be looked at. I left a message with our Pedi.
Do I need to take LO out of the house? For now we are airing everything out and keeping her contained to the bedroom.

I have no experience with this but if it were me I wouldn't worry too much since it was contained to such a small area, especially one that she doesn't have access to, and you got rid of the affected rags. I think she'll be okay in the house until Monday when you can get it checked out by a professional!
I'm curious what your Ped says though, since I have no experience with this.

was it black mold or green mold? i believe that might make a difference. the black stuff is the bad/toxic stuff and the green is not too dangerous.

I live in an old house with a damp basement. It smells often in the basement after a lot of rain, and i have to bleach the floor pretty regularly (no foundation, its cement over dirt! haha).
i wouldn't worry if she didn't have access to it, and you've since cleaned/bleached the area.

@petunia354: pedi called back and said what we are doing is correct. Stay out of room with mold, get it checked on Monday.
