As I am leaning over the crib and patting DD and shush-ing her to take a nap
She closes her eyes and BAM....my sunglasses fall off my head right on her face 
Now I have to laugh

My most recent mom fail was LO took a bite of my paper shopping list while we were at the grocery store and swallowed it! Pooped it out 12 hr later so now I joke with DH it was an experiment to see how much time it took to go all the way through.

@Foodnerd81: yes I have dropped my phone on DD too esp when we nurse laying down. I felt so bad bc it must hurt
