I was totally right about lo1 being a girl! But then my current pregnancy was so different--way milder symptoms--I absolutely thought we were having a boy and nope, she's another girl, lol. So my intuition gets it right 50% of the time, lol

With LO1, I had NO idea whatsoever and he's a boy
With LO2, I was 99% sure he was a boy and I was right
With LO3, I kept having thoughts of it being a girl but I pushed them away because I also expected a third boy and I didn't want to get my hopes up (since it's our last), but she's a girl!

Good luck waiting! It was so hard for me to be patient waiting on my results (I just got mine last week!). Which test did you do?

I was spot on that she was a girl. We couldn't think of boy names at all, but girl names were coming really easily to us. We even had her name picked out before we knew she was a girl.

LO1 - Knew I was pregnant with a boy before I even took a pregnancy test. I was right.

LO2 - I had no clue at all. She was a girl.

@bubblegum: I did MaterniT21 with my boys and the results took 7 days. My office switched to Verifi this time and the results were in on day 6. Each time, they told me the chromosome results and the sex at the same time. Weird!

Weeellllll, we have a 50-50 shot either way..... so I don't really put much by mommy intuition I have some women in my life who have gotten kind of prideful about it and that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I was basically wrong every time

LO1 - dreamed it was a girl so that made me think girl. He's a boy.
LO2 - I was SO sick (complete opposite of 1) that I imagined it had to be a girl. Boy again!
LO3 - dreamed it was a boy, although this time, because of weird cravings and some weird pregnancy difference between my other two, I thought maaaybe girl this time. Since I thought the same thing the two previous times, I figured I must have been wrong and it must be a boy. She's a girl!

I was wrong every time.

I was 100% sure I was having a boy, and we had a girl!

I thought both were girls and I was right! Might have been wishful thinking more than intuition though, who knows?!

I only had it with my first. I had a strong feeling it was a boy. For my second, I had no clue.

Right both times, but it was a combo of mommy intuition and daddy intuition Though DH was in denial about DD being a girl right up till the ultrasound. Silly DH! She's totally a daddy's girl and doesn't give him a hard time screaming that she wants mommy, like DS does.

I was right the first time. I don't know yet with this one... I feel like it could be a girl, because I'm much sicker but I think deep down it's another boy.

DS1: Not sure if I knew it was a boy or if I just wanted it to be a boy, but it was a boy

LO3: We are team green but I don't really have a clue what it is!!

I thought LO1 was a boy and he was. I thought LO2 was a girl and she was. Part of it was because the two pregnancy experiences were somewhat different so I though that they would be different sexes as a result of that.

ETA: We were team green with both, so we didn't know the sex until they were born.

I always thought I'd have a girl first. DH and family were convinced it was a girl too. As it got closer to my anatomy scan, whenever I thought of the baby I always used "him." It was a boy.
