I didn't do any housework the past few days since yesterday was Mother's Day and I wanted to relax. Well I'm playing catch up today and wow...my kids produce so much laundry and dishes it's insane. Cups, snack bowls, dishes for food. Then several outfit changes which means almost a load of laundry per day between the two of them.
Does your LO produce more dirty laundry or more dirty dishes?

Wow! A load of laundry per day? My kids change clothes a lot (get messy) but no where near that!

More dirty laundry for sure. The spitup and blowouts are rampant in our house with LO2. He makes more laundry than he's worth haha...
LO1 also produced a ton of laundry this weekend. It's been super rainy and muddy, and we don't really care all that much if he hops in puddles. The funny thing is, he hates being wet and muddy, so he wants his pants changed almost immediately. Makes for tons of laundry.

When she was itty bitty, and had blowouts all the time, def more laundry, but now it's definitely more dishes! It's rare that she wears more than 1 outfit and 1 pair of jammies per day now, but dh was joking yesterday that she had used every single one of her plates or bowls during the day yesterday.

Our kids' laundry and dishes are less than DH/my combined laundry and dishes.
The girls' clothes are just laundered once a week, on Fridays. My husband and I usually do 4-5 loads of our own stuff per week, and a little more spread out.
Same with dishes-LO1 uses the same water thermos all day long, whether we are at home or at school. LO2 has bottles but the nanny washes those on week days, and even so, we only have 4 bottles, so we have to wash each night and they don't pile up. LO1 has 2 special plates, so we just rinse those immediately after she eats to be used at the next meal.
Our dishes, on the other hand. We are only 2 people, and somehow we have to run the dishwasher every couple of days, haha. I go through about 4 water glasses a day--I don't know why!

Dishes. We only do her laundry once a week.
Mostly just a lot of sippy cups.

Right now neither unless you count cloth diapers. She's 13 months and we just put her food directly onto her tray and rinse that off in the sink after every meal, so she doesn't really produce dishes. And I do her laundry like once every week or so. I undress her before meals so she only goes through one outfit per day normally.

More dishes than laundry! I do DD's laundry probably about every 1.5 weeks, same with mine. I find there are constantly dishes to wash or put away.

@Bao: before we got a new, larger washer I'd say laundry - i was doing 1-2 loads A DAY, where now I do 4-5 loads a week. So now I run the dishwasher once every day or every other day, and I'd say it's more dishes.

@T.H.O.U.: almost! Between lovies or blankets they get dirty, washcloths, getting messy outside or doing art. I don't always change dirty outfits throughout the day but sometimes it's needed!

@Bao: We also bought I Think the worlds largest washing machine so I think that helps. I can fit like 10 towels (if not more) in my washer in 1 load.

I think it's about equal. We run the dishwasher about every 24 hours and I do laundry probably every other day or so.

Definitely more laundry. I was saying that this weekend, that I feel like no matter how often I do laundry my son's hamper is always full.

I normally do her laundry every other week plus diapers once a week.
With dishes if I don't run the dishwasher every night I'll fall behind when I used to be able to run it once a week,
