I've been wanting to get one, but I haven't been able to find the perfect piece! I need some inspiration....

I got a necklace from The Vintage Pearl. Long chain with each child's initial stamped on a heart charm, and a pearl (so three charms). Love it.

DH got me a david yurman necklace as a "push" present... color of DS' birthstone, citrine. I've worn it every day since "birth" day.

Yes, I have a Waxing Poetic necklace with a C charm and his birthstone, a pearl. Here's a pic of the charms!

I don't have one, but I got my mom a grandma's necklace for mother's day from etsy. It's a gold leaf with all of her grandkids (and dog's) birthstones.

@mrsjyw: I love Yurman stuff, so I got a bangle bracelet with DS's birthstones on it, in addition to the one I got for my wedding (with gold caps). I plan to add a birthstone one for me when I turn 40.

My husband gave me a diamond eternity band as a push present/gift celebrating LO's birth. Would love to get a thin rose gold band for my right hand with LO's initial or name.

I was initially leaning towards stacking birthstone rings as I don't wear much jewelry regularly, but their birthstones will be so similar to rings I already have since I also have a November birthday and I wanted theirs to be more special (diamond for DS and this LO is due in November).
