Help!

A mouse ate the almonds i left in my handbag and pooped all over the inside. The bag says to only spot clean, but that wont disinfect it. Also I am pregnant and want to be super careful with any cleaning that I do.

I might just toss it but I feel like is should try something first. The bag is still in great shape.
