My nearly 3 month old has begun to sleep 11 to 12 hours through the night (yay!) . She doesn't go to sleep until 9pm though, which means late mornings. How do I shift her bed time 2 hours earlier...anyone else had to do this?

Never done it.... but id try to do it gradually. 15 minutes early for a few days, then 15 minutes earlier again for a few days, etc. It worked for us to adjust to daylight savings time changes.
Good luck!

@artbee: great advice!
I have always heard adjusting it by a few minutes every night seems to work.

you could do it gradually, or if her schedule one day happens to lend itself towards an earlier bedtime, you could do the bedtime routine then. our schedule was all over the place and i knew that eventually it would have to be 5.30 or 6pm, so one day when LO woke up from a nap about 4.30 or 5, i decided that would be the day i implemented the new bedtime routine and time.
hooray for STTN at such a young age!
