I know someone who is putting a baby registry together soon. If she asks for advice, what would you say an MVP of your registry was?

I actually JUST put together an "MVP" gift package to my cousins-in-law last night! It included:
-Carter's footed sleepers (one in each size from NB to 9 months, my son lived in them for a while)
-Summer Infant SwaddleMe (So much easier than actually swaddling)
-Angel Dear Lovey (It became the most soothing item to my son around 6 months)
-Rock n Play (It wasn't actually on my registry, but I caved and got it around 5 weeks. I kicked myself for waiting so long!)
-Boppy (we still use it at 13 months for various things)
-7AM Enfant WarmMuffs (they live in Boston, we live in NYC, enough said)
-GreenSprouts by iPlay terry absorbent waterproof bibs (terry on both sides, waterproof layer in the middle - HUGE help)
-Cloth diapers for burp cloths
-Homedics SoundSpa noise machine

I had a spitter-upper, so bibs by Charis were great (although not so pretty). I like Born's bibs as well.
It seems like a little thing, but I also really liked our Summer Infant Snuzzler. I put that in Bjorn bouncer, and it had a swaddle-effect of keeping her snug and warm. I used that in her big stroller when she was younger.
I was really happy to discover the Grovia diaper stick. I don't cloth diaper, but it works well, lasts a long time, and smells nice.
Those kimono shirts for the early weeks. She lived in those.

Swaddle me velcro swaddlers! Much prefer them to the halo swaddle sleep sacks with a little baby. Also rock n play.

Our beco baby carrier was pretty awesome and I used t from about 4 months to 18 months, practically daily.
Video monitor- (though I wish we had registered for a better one and done our research). Expensive so it sucks to buy for yourself by so so worth it.

keekaroo peanut change pad
bonds or juddles pj's (they have the double zip which is awesome for diaper changes)
My solly wrap was a lifesaver in the early days too

- Rock n Play (maybe two-- we registered for one, got two. One is in the family room and one is where she sleeps upstairs)
- Some sort of babywearing device (we went with Infantimo Flex because it was low cost and didn't want someone to spend a lot of LO wasn't in to it)

Video monitor. It wasn't even on our registry but my dad got us one anyway and it has been our most used item over 2 years now.

Ergo. I used it everyday until LO was about 21 months and I was too pregnant for it to be comfortable.
Also the baby bjorn bouncer, but that had a shorter life span.
