I have today and tomorrow off work and I plan on spending most of today without my baby. I was sitting outside of daycare with my LO at 6:50 am waiting for the teachers to show up at 7 and I don't plan on picking her up until 6pm! I am ready to tackle some heavy duty cleaning, browsing Pinterest, grocery shopping, laundry, maybe some TV or reading...anything goes! 
How do you spend alone time?

@autumnlove: woohoo!! Enjoy your TRUE day off (which is what I call days off while LO is in daycare)!! I have the luxury of having one of these a week... I usually get myself a yummy breakfast, then get my regular weekly errands out of the way: costco, grocery store, post office, dry cleaners. Then I'll do some light cleaning and maybe some prep and cooking for dinner that night. If I'm particularly exhausted I'll take a nap instead and we'll eat out.

I don't know! I don't foresee days I get off work that LO's daycare isn't closed as well!

I'm not in the office on Fridays, and tend to only work a couple hours. Regardless of how much I'm working, I ALWAYS send LO to daycare, and almost never even pick him up early

I seldom get time alone, but when I do, I clean, jump on the internet and rest!

@Lozza: lol yeah... on work days we rush to get him and sometimes even get there before 5pm (they close at 5:45). On days off I usually get there right at 5:45 on the dot...
