dad finally passed last night - 12/12/12.
he was a week shy of 63.
Thank you every one for your kind words and thoughts. they were a great comfort during this time.

@bebefly: I can't believe I missed this. (((((Hugs))))) I am so sorry to hear about your dad!! If it were me, I would do what I reasonably could to get LO down there to see her granddad before he passes. I oboe that's not always an option, and you already have so many other decisions to make. But personally, that's what I would do. I wish you the best and I will keep your family in my thoughts.
