Last year I'd say we were more NTNP than TTC. Well this month we changed that. Using FF and then using an OPK for the first time we have a real chance at a 
. Now, I begin the wait, my Cycle 1 wait. Is there anything special I should do during this time?

Keep busy! These two weeks suck. Also keep doing your normal routine. If you drink, still drink. Eat sushi, lunch meat, etc.

Agree with @Smurfette! Don't change your routine and stay busy! And don't test early if possible because BFNs are common earlier and they SUCK! Good luck!!!!

I thought about this a lot during my first 2WW also. I struggled a lot emotionally. And then it occurred to me- It's okay to feel whatever I am feeling...if you feel pregnant? Wonderful. Why not be hopeful. When you look at the big picture- there is a very short window in your life where you will get to feel the anticipation of a new life inside of you.
If you don't feel pregnant? No worries. You could still most definitely be pregnant.
Go with the flow. This is an exciting time. My acupuncturist recommended giving yourself space to feel whatever it is that you are feeling.
I might get a couple more acupuncture treatments during the 2WW if I start feeling anxious.

I also had a weight loss consultant recommend a parsley tea infusion since I just got back from a trip and was a bit bloated. I googled it:

I got my BFP this month and during the TWW I felt like it was going to be a BFN 
I even warned DH not to get his hopes up this round.

I heard from a friend she tracked her symptoms during the TWW to compare to future cycles. She said it helped her not symptom spot as much, and to know when she actually felt different.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: Do what you want. But I would always blame myself if my child was born with disabilities or what not. I would always wonder if it was the one random pill I took or shot that I got. My mom took a medically-prescribed morning sickness pill in the late '70s when she was pregnant with my sister and my sister was born with a hole in her heart that has never healed, and she has had extreme difficulties with her fertility among other issues. These things are strongly believed to be linked to the pills she took which were subsequently pulled off the market in America. That being said, I still drink red bulls and red wine during the TWW.

Keep yourself busy and try not to symptom stalk- it is so hard not to! There is some thought that the bromelin in pineapple (especially the core) helps inflammation and therefore aids implantation, so that might be helpful in the 5 days after ovulation. (Hasn't worked for me though.)

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: Stay away from Google! (easier said than done) Stay positive and get lots of exercise. That always help relieve my anxieties. Possibly get a couple acupuncture treatments, too.

What I think is helping me (my first real TWW is this month as well and should start in a day or two) is to have an arsenal of consolation prizes at the ready for me. So I plan things as though I won't get a BFP because I can always cancel plans to go out for drinks with friends or throw away or give away a nice bottle of wine or use a Starbucks card for decafs and muffins if I get a BFP. Think of some special ways to treat yourself if it gets to that point! I hope it doesn't though abd I hope we are both celebrating BFPs on the October baby boards come the end of the month!!! @Mrs. Lemon-Lime: Try not to drive yourself too crazy with symptom spotting! I know this is impossible because I still do it every month! And try not too test TOO easy. If you want to though, do it. It's just a waste of money, but it doesn't hurt anything. I buy cheapy pregnancy tests (wondfos) so that I can test whenever I want and not feel bad. Good luck! I hope you get a BFP!

@Mrs tartan: Well technically the 28th when I'm due for AF, but I'm actually 9 dpo so I might try earlier...like later this week. You? Any feelings about this cycle? I don't feel any different than the previous ones, so I'm thinking another BFN this time. Fingers crossed though!

@Mrs. Chickadee: I'm due AF on the 27th, I like to pretend I won't test until then but I think I might give in on 25th or 26th as its the weekend! I'm the same, I fully expect a bfn, if anything I feel less pregnant than any other month. We missed my o day as DH was ill but managed o-2 and o+1 so never know. I'm 8dpo today, feels like I have a never ending cycle. How many days is your cycle? Mine is averaging 33 days.
