My amazing(!) mama is kidnapping DD from daycare this afternoon so she and my dad can have dinner with their grandbaby. She asked if she could pick her up and keep her for dinner/bath/jammie time then said she'd bring her home for bed.
Seriously, my mom rocks!! Now what do I do with an evening of freedom?

Have sex as soon as you & DH get home instead of after lo was in bed & it's too late to feel like it?...... lol.

I just asked DH to go out to dinner, he said nope, he's going to mow the lawn!! Boooo!!!! I'm thinking maybe I'll do some batch cooking this evening. Or maybe I'll just sit on my duff and watch Friday Night Lights on Netflix!

@prettylizy: He's going to mow the lawn!?!? That reminds me of when DH and I were first dating. He was on a business trip, so we hadn't seen eachother for a bit. I asked if he was going to come over and he said he was going to do the laundry! I lost to laundry. Men!
You should totally get out of the house though. Go shopping or get your hair cut or something else that's hard to do with a baby.
