Morning self: Today I am going to move forward in all of my life goals, drink enough water, be grateful, keep perspective at work and live in the moment with my family. Oh, and no dairy, sugar, caffeine or alcohol. I feel SO ready and at peace with my wholesome living plan.
My evening self: screw it- pass the cheese log and beer. TV is quality family time, right?

Also, my evening self kind of feels like morning self is a bit of a dork.
