We found out yesterday this little bub is a boy which means I get to dither about names (if it were a girl it would have likely been between Delaney, Beatrice or Jeannette). Boys names are so HARD.
SO! HELP!
Which of these options do you like best?
Eric (Erik?)
Thoren
Frédéric
Timothy
Do any of them go particularly well with the name Andrew? What middle names would go well with these options?
Is Thoren too 'out there'? Which spelling of Eric/k looks best?

I think Frederic and thoren are going to get misspelled and mispronounced all the time. I like Eric best, with a C, though I like it with a k too.

I like conventional spelling so Eric is my choice. Maybe Alexander for middle name? Those go with Andrew!

I like Timothy best followed by Eric. I am not sure how Frederic is pronounced with the accents.

I like Andrew Timothy, or Timothy Andrew - both work well for me.
I had a friend who spelled his name Erich - i think thats the german way

I love less common names. As a teacher, I see lots, and I don't think Thoren is too far out there. It'll be unique, but it's at least phonetically spellable and pronounceable!

I like Eric the best. Short, simple, common, but not overused IMO.
I also like Timothy, but I know like a hundred people named Timothy so it looses a bit of appeal for me due to that. And I watch a lot of South Park so the first thing that comes to mind is "TIMMAAAAY"

I think Eric or Timothy would go better with Andrew simply because Andrew is more of a "normal" name and Thoren and Frederic aren't common. That being said, I think Thoren is a really cool name.

I know a guy named Frederic and I think he's so classy. He goes by the full name, no NN.
