I just wanted to see if I’m the only one like this.
If someone changes their avatar I have no idea who they are anymore! 
Does this happen to anyone else?

@yellowbird: Yes! There are definitely people that change their avatar a lot that I have gotten use to also.
But someone that hasn't changed in a while.... suddenly changing... I'm lost!

I recognize names more but I definitely get thrown off by avatar changes.

Depends, but I 95% of the time recognize the avatar over the name. Some users have been around here for a while so I 'know' their name.

There are very few people I'll recognize without the avatar. My avatar is the same one I used on WB to avoid confusion.

Kind of both? But primarily avatar, which is why I've never changed mine even though I'd kind of like to.

I look at both, but am also thrown sometimes when people change avatars.
