This is depressing, but..
1) 13 weeks
2) Three to five
3) Each naps lasts 20-45 minutes. On a really bad day he gets as little as 1.5 hours total. If I get lucky and he gives me one decent afternoon nap (while being held and bounced) we might hit 3 hours total. Also, it takes 15 minutes to an hour to get him down, and I'm not counting that in the total nap time.

2) 1-2-- she has started refusing the afternoon nap many days so think we will transition to one soon.
3) total nap time is usually around 2-2.5 hours. Sometimes it's a long morning nap and she skips the afternoon, sometimes it's an hour and a half in the morning and if I'm lucky, an hour in the afternoon. She sleeps 10-11 hours overnight. This amount seems to be working well for her, for now.

My baby's sleep is always changing, so I'll just answer for this week.
14 months old
2 naps a day, roughly 2 to 2.5 hours total on a good day
10 to 10.5 hours overnight.
She needs more overnight sleep but I can't get her to sleep longer than 10.5 hours lately. But she's still much improved over how she was before 1 year.
