During your LO's nap, do you typically relax or get things done around the house? I will do a few things like switch laundry over or fold a load of laundry, but usually I like to take the time to relax and get some me time so we can both feel refreshed when she wakes up!

Relax. A lot of the time try and have a little nap myself since we are going through really bad sleep right now.

It depends on the day, but usually relax. Then I wonder why nothing ever gets done

Usually chores. I relax at night!

Mix of both. I will check HB and get stuff done.

Depends. Some days I sit on my butt, others I clean or get stuff done.

Depends on how tired I am. I try to be productive but a nap usually wins right now

Depends on the day. If things are a mess i am productive. If they're okay i will relax.

It's a mix. There are days when I am needing a nap and I don't do chores that need to be done.

Sometimes I nap with him for his first nap, and then I workout during his second nap. He's having his second nap now and I totally don't feel like working out, so will try to do it while he's playing later

Relax, but I'm a WOHM so I'm usually not home when he naps. I nap with him when I can.

I do one chore and then usually relax. He wears me out!

I usually try to get chores done during the morning nap, but I save at least 20 minutes to drink a second cup of coffee and relax.
The afternoon nap is relaxing time for me, unless I"m really behind on chores. I do projects, or just veg out. -
I'm productive during his morning nap, and I nap with him when he naps in the afternoon.

We have three naps right now, and I usually rest during one, and try to be productive during the other two. Lately I have laying down with her for one nap because I am sad I will have to go back to work soon
but she naps much better in her swing than with me!

Some of both. I feel mega guilty if I don't get things "done" during her naps, but around now, I just get so exhausted.
Hence the reason I'm on Hellobee right now. -
I try to do a little of both, that way I don't feel so guilty if I end up taking a nap too

I try to be productive right after I put her down...once I hit the couch, and she's sleeping, there's a minimal chance I'm getting up!

I do half chores then half flop-on-the-couch ! Always a bummer when she wakes up early bc I don't get my me time

I almost always try to be productive. DH wants me to learn to relax more.

The morning nap, I spent getting ready for the day and eating breakfast, lunchtime nap I eat and do a few chores...then afternoon nap I chill out.

Well if it was my morning (we switch on the weekends) to get up early, I will try and lay down for an hour, just depends on what we have going on the rest of the day. Afternoon nap, I do laundry, clean up, odds and ends around the house.
DH always thinks nap time for R = nap time for him. annoying -
Depends on the day, but today I need to relax!
but she naps much better in her swing than with me!
