My LO has been in the midst of a MAJOR sleep regression. She will be 4 mos on Sunday. She stopped napping, stopped sleeping through the night, and is a cranky pants because she is over tired. Well, at the advice of my mama (who raised three babies, all of whom she was instructed to place in the crib on their tummies, bc that's what they did then!) I started putting her down in her crib for naps on her stomach. And it is working! Granted, she is only napping for 30 min, but it is better than nothing! We have our next dr appt on Monday and I have a feeling they will tell me she needs to be on her back still...but we have found her on her belly in there already one morning, she can roll back to front (not front to back), and it is working.

What would you do? I am still so scared of SIDS but her life (and ours) will be so much better if she gets the sleep she needs!
