As a baby my daughter was never a good napper or sleeper. We hit a golden period from about 15m to a couple of weeks ago where she would nap great. She naps for us just fine on the weekend but has been having trouble napping at daycare. They're working with us to try and get her to nap but most days she doesn't and she falls asleep on our 45 min ride home. It then sets off a downward spiral for the rest of the week. We get home and have to wake her up and she's a cranky mess. Bedtime gets delayed and she often doesnt fall asleep until 9:30. Its then really hard for me to get her up at 7 for daycare and school and we have a really challenging tantrum filled morning.... rinse and repeat.

Are we prematurely dropping the nap? Any thing I can do to stop this awful sleep cycle? tips or tricks to keep her awake in the car? Should I just put her to bed when we get home at 6pm? (She'd miss dinner, bath, and any quality time with hubs)

I feel like we only see her at her worst (hello mom guilt) and its really taking a toll on me at work (this morning I was 1 1/2 hours late)
