Hi all! I am 28 and my husband is 45...both extremely active and healthy. We finally decided to have a baby together (I have 3 boys two of which are twins) because my three are not "technically" his. I know I am basically a walking egg waiting to be fertilized and after two months of trying I had a sneaky suspicion something was up. I had him get tested and sure enough he was diagnosed with azoospermia. His urologist put him on tamoxifen (similar to clomid) and three months later he tested again. His count was 150k/ml and only 2 out of 20 moved. Two weeks later I AM PREGNANT! I was so much in denial that I had to call his Dr. to double check his numbers and ask what the chances were! He basically said "It only takes one." I am now 18 weeks along with a healthy baby boy. I am just curious if anyone else conceived "naturally" with low sperm count? I think I am still in denial! Thanks!
