the only thing that kind of worked for me was saltine/oyster crackers + vernors (ginger ale)

I haven't had it too bad yet, but I've been doing fruit/green smoothies... keeping them really cold and sipping on them seems to help. (so far... I will probably hate them in a week)

Aww this stinks to hear. I hope you feel better soon. The best for me is eating frequent small meals. Yesterday I tried to go from an early lunch all the way to dinner without any food and I was a little nauseated by dinner.

I've been wearing sea bands during waking hours. Any time I feel it coming on, I try and eat something small, and it usually goes away. Also, naps help (but I know that isn't possible all the time!) I hope you feel better soon

Oh no That sucks! I found coke helped a little, as well as eating potatoes, pasta and carbs in general.

Ugggghhh, I'm so sorry. Ultimately, nothing but Zofran worked for me, but some things made it a *little* better:
-frozen fruit (berries and watermelon in particular)
-room temperature pineapple (don't ask me why-but couldn't be frozen)
-almost frozen Cokes
-slushies
-lemonade
-graham crackers...I LIVED on these things.
-yogurt
-smoothies
-croissants
-super sour candy, like Warheads
-ginger or mint tea
That's about all I ate for a while. I couldn't stomach much else

Ice cold water with lemon and sour jolly ranchers helped take the edge off the nausea. Also small snacks of dairy and carbs that I ate all day long: string cheese, yogurt, bagel with cream cheese, plain pasta, crackers. I kept saltines by my bed and would eat a couple before getting up, that really helped me from vomiting every morning. Ginger helps some people but I couldn't stand it, too spicy and it made my stomach upset.

@Veggiemama: "Ice cold water with lemon and sour jolly ranchers" that sounds heavenly!

I kept a baggie of cheerios with me at all times... the key for me was to not have my stomach empty ever. Sour candies helped too... I liked to suck on sour patch kids til I got to the sweet center, then I had to spit them out immediately.

@locavore_mama: hope they help you! I didn't figure out the lemon water until later with #1 but it helped me soooo much with #2.

candied ginger - its a little spicy so eat it in small bites! I still use it these days when I get car sick

Jolly ranchers and sour patch kids worked for me most of the time. I also tried not to let myself get hungry and that helped too.

Same answer as @Veggiemama, except replace the ice cold water with piping hot water.
I hope you start feeling better soon! Even thinking back to that part of my pregnancy makes me feel nauseous again!
