Have you ever ordered something online and had the mail carrier say they delivered it to you only never to receive it?
Unfortunately I think this is happening with our Thanksgiving cards that we ordered from Shutterfly. Shutterfly sent the tracking info to me when they shipped the package - it started as a UPS package but then transferred to USPS. USPS said they delivered it on Thursday right before I got home. I got the mail but no package. I called USPS on Saturday and spoke with the local office today and all they can say is the carrier said he delivered it to our front porch. We receive packages all the time and this has never happened. To my knowledge we don't have a lot of theft in my neighborhood and I can't imagine anyone taking a Shutterfly package.
Would you ask Shutterfly for a refund or an electronic copy of the card to be able to at least share it on social media or email it to whoever was going to receive it in the mail? Or do you think there really isn't anything that can be done at this point?
