Dinner is so challenging in our house. Both Charlie and Olive don't have big appetites, and will often eat very little or not at all, even with foods they like. It's so discouraging to spend time researching recipes, buying the ingredients, cooking it, only to have the kid refuse to taste it or take one bite and refuse to eat the rest.
A mom in Charlie's class told us that her picky son magically started eating like a horse once he turned 6. He was growing so much and just needed the calories. I hope that happens to us??
So tell me hive. What are some dinner recipes that your little ones have been loving lately? I'm in a rut. I don't make the foods that I like because the kids don't like them (mostly spicy), and they don't consistently eat the foods they love either.
I need some dinner inspiration!
