My parents are in Mexico for a week (missions work, not relaxing), and won't be home until super late next Saturday night. We're planning an Easter lunch and egg hunt at their house on Easter (the next day). My mom put me in charge of shopping for lunch, but she'll help me prepare/cook. Since my parents will be exhausted/jet lagged, I want to do something relatively easy & not time consuming. There will be roughly 20 people including kids.
