How do you deal with negative people in your office? Our assistant is SO easily irritated. She points things out loud and clear when mistakes are made-especially when our boss is nearby. I walk on eggshells with her but she's FAAAAAR from perfect, she sits at her computer and googles useless shiz all day then acts like I'm a terrible person when I make a mistake. Guess what? Technically I shouldn't even be doing this part because it's HER job that she 'doesn't have time for'.
Ugh. I don't know what to do bc she's been here longer but I'm sick of it. I shouldn't feel like shit because she's got a stick up her rear end.
