I am crazy about them!!
I love that they fulfill my salty/crunchy cravings AND they are filling and nutritious.
I also love that cracking open the shell slows me down in eating them. It makes a mess but it's worth it.
I also love that they are nutty, but I don't have to worry about allergies!! (I'm allergic to almost all nuts but peanuts... weird huh? I only became allergic to them recently, and I really REALLY miss almonds, and these are the closest I've come to almonds!)
Anyone else addicted to pumpkin seeds like me??
We usually add them to oatmeal or wraps or salads just to up the iron.
