Similar to your first story, this week turned to find DS1 offering DS2 his sippy cup of juice, while baby was desperately trying to latch on to the juice cup!! Now after a talk about how baby only drinks milk, DS1 often tells us "baby no yummies, baby no juice"

@FaithFertility: haha! that reminded me when we first brought baby home, DS1 was interested in bottles. We formula fed, and he snuck a sip and quickly let us know that formula was "ewww"

I'm not new to two. DS is 3.5 y/o and Dd is 7mo.

But it totally commiserate with the older having to potty when I'm nursing or pumping.

But seeing how much DS loves Dd makes my heart melt!!!

@Silva: Yes! This was happening to me for a while too. Every time I sat down to feed H, M yelled out that she had to go.

H has decided that she can no longer go in a room if the light is off. Conveniently it's always when one of us is holding the baby that she needs to go in a room with the light off.

Mine are 22m apart. For a while, my older son would just shout "AA! AA!" whenever I was trying to put the baby to sleep. Or play with outlets in the room. Or pull at the curtains.

Yesterday, I was trying to get dinner in the oven at 5:30pm (the time my 2y-old normally is eating, so we were looking at 30m late), 2-year old was shouting "I'm hungry!" and my 6-month old had a blow-out poop that shot out all up his back to his shoulders.

This stuff is crazy. But I've gotten a lot more used to the crazy.

My younger one is 1 but lots of this still happens. We've moved into "if I see baby brother having it/doing it then I want it too!" They are the sweetest together though!
