I was going to suggest mixing it with bm and transitioning her slowly but it sounds like you maybe don't make enough. Have you tried warming it? Mine took it MUCH better warm. You could also try allimentum but I don't think that tastes much better.

Are there any donor banks near you where you could get MSPI donor milk to help you transition slowly?

Also yes, as Applesandbananas said, we did resort to feeding our daughter while she was sleeping but I wouldn't do that unless it was a last resort like... you're worried she will be dehydrated if you don't. If you do opt to do that, the best time I found was about 2-5 min after she first drifted off or about 30 min into sleep at the end of her first sleep cycle. Usually I'd just hold her and rock to sleep then pop a bottle in and she'd suck it down no problems. But that is a really hard way to live, having to put your kid to sleep every time they need to eat, so it's not really something I recommend.

Try elecare. My GI said it tastes better.
