Not that his is a nursery but my almost 4 year old's room needs new seating. We're currently reading bedtime books in his glider still, it's got a broken spring and not a lot of room. Show me what you graduated from the glider to!!

We just bought another glider. This one looks a bit more sophisticated. http://www.target.com/p/eddie-bauer-upholstered-wingback-swivel-glider-gray/-/A-17215617?ref=tgt_adv_XS000000&AFID=google_pla_df&CPNG=PLA_Baby+Shopping_Brand&adgroup=SC_Baby&LID=700000001170770pgs&network=g&device=m&location=9014243&gclid=CLyBq4H9mc8CFVc6gQodz4IPng&gclsrc=aw.ds

We could never fit the glider in my first LOs room so we always read books in bed, still do at 3. But she always had a queen bed in her room even when she was in the crib (which is why we couldn't fit the glider).

Our plan was to replace the glider with a tent with pillows in it as kind of a secret reading space for him, and then read books in bed.

@meadow: @erinbaderin: reading in bed has never even occurred to me - now I can just get him something he likes! I think I'd miss the cuddle time but he barely fits in my lap as is.

We read in our bed mostly. LO has a full sized bed, but she likes sitting in our bed reading books with us.

@MamaChin: We just moved B to a toddler bed and are working on keeping him into his bed, which is why we started reading in bed. What we're doing is we get our "reading pillows" (two bear shaped pillows in the chairs in his room) and put them against the wall and then sit on the bed and lean against the pillows. He tucks himself in under my arm, it's still pretty snuggly!

We read in the living room, my son was goofing around too much in bed.
