I'll be 20 weeks this weekend. I have always, since I was little, slept on my sides with a pillow between my knees. For the past couple weeks I've been waking up in the middle of the night with extremely achy hips! To the point that I wake up and have to grimace when I try to move it hurts so bad.

I've tried to lay on my back to stretch them out but I can't do that for long as it's super uncomfortable. I've resorted to getting up and trying to stretch my hips but that doesn't even really help.

Did/do you have anything like this? How did you remedy it? Would something like a snoogle really help? I'm hesitant to buy something like that because there isn't a lot of extra bed space and I really don't want to have to kick DH out!
