Anyone have one? I don't make them much at all, and have never used the same recipe twice, and the internet is just chock-full of recipes that read pretty much the same with a mild tweak here or there, and I'm a little overwhelmed, tbh.

DH asked me to make peanut butter cookies for a co-worker who took care of our cats while we were on vacation. My perfect PB cookies is chewy, not too sweet, with a lightly crunchy exterior. No extra bells and whistles (although I'm also making a few batches of PB and Nutella cookies, but that recipe doesn't work without the Nutella...)

Do you have a recipe you swear by?
