I'm pregnant and have a weak stomach. Everything is making me ill to even think about right now. What would you eat?

French fries were my best friend for a while. Salty and starchy.

I would eat just the broth in chicken soup when I was queasy. really helped me!

Watermelon was all I could stomach for a while. The juiciness of it helped for some reason. And gummy fruit snacks.

When I felt this way a few weeks back Kraft Mac and cheese was my jam. Also toast with butter.

Some nights I used to get matzo ball soup for a variation on chicken soup.

Fruit, fruit and more fruit was all I could take for weeks. That and chicken broth. Hope it gets better soon!

I couldn't stomach bready, cheesy stuff when I felt nauseous. Popsicles and fruit were the only things that helped me - Edy's Tangerine or Lemon Outshine bars, peaches, and berries were like manna from heaven!

Great suggestions! I decided I will try watermelon, a juicy peach and top ramen which I will add some spinach too even veggies gross me out right now. I can't say it sounds good but it sounds tolerable

Watermelon is typically my go to when I'm having pregnancy related nausea. Tonight my dinner was tooooo much cheese (I'm like a mouse), some cereal and ice cream. Ooooooops.

I ate lots of potato chips, muffins, and bagels. Fresh fruit often helped: cuties and fresh pinapple were my favorites.

I've been eating raisin toast, cereal, and sweet potatoes (random) for just about ever meal this week.

Yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese sticks and almonds have been my go tos. Everyone says starchy and bready things, but I have done much better with mild flavored protein snacks. Also water melon is amazing!

@travellingbee: watermelon went awesome! The peach went okay. The soup went down and stated down but did maker a but squeamish afterwards.

Ugh 1st trimester was the worst! I think I ate a lot of carbs. Most of the time I just forced myself to eat whatever, others I literally decide the very last second what I'd eat. Hope it passes soon!

Bumping this in case others have ideas. I'm trying to plan the week's meals for both of us and nothing sounds appealing.

I ate frozen fruit. Regular fruit made me pukey, but frozen somehow didn't.
And plain rice, baked potatoes, crackers, toast, etc.

Bagels & cream cheese for breakfast, lunch and dinner weeks 7-10.

I'm in the thick of 1st trimester stomach issues, yesterday I ate an entire container of strawberries, it was the only thing that sounded good which is nuts since fruit hasn't really been that good to me lately.
I've also been eating creamy "comfort food" casseroles & this baby loves Mexican food which I do not...and I always regret it after eating it, but it's the only thing that sounds good to me (well baby.)
