@Mrs. J: Oh come on, that's definitely digital-worthy! I POAS this weekend (5.5 weeks) and I think mine looked like that!

@shellio: @Banana330: @winniebee: negative digital, so gonna get some FRERs!
Eta to be fair, it was much squintier when I first looked!

@Mrs. J: Good luck with the FRER I can totally see the line on your Wondofo

For my initial work-up for the RE I had 12 vials of blood drawn plus a urine specimen to have 37 tests run.

@snarkybiochemist: the guy made a joke that when they take more than 3 vials you get the comfy chairs that recline...

@Mrs. J: It took me a few days to get a pos on a digital - maybe 2 days after my test looked like that.

@Banana330: They offered me the room with the bed in case I needed to lay down

@Mrs. J: At this point, I do think you need a substantial urine hold for tests!

@Mrs. J: ahh!! Not a squinter! I bet after a long hold digital would be
pomelo / 5132 posts
@winniebee: @knittylady: the digital was FMU too. Picked up some FRERs on our way to the library!

@Mrs. J: Clear - congrats!!!! So exciting!
@Banana330: I'm really glad to hear the RE appointment went well. Sorry that your DH isn't fully on board yet.
Maybe I should try CoQ10 as well, I'm 33 so probably my eggs aren't great. I also made an appt with a NP to ask to have my vitamin D levels tested, I've seen some studies that vit D deficiency can decrease the probability that an embryo will successfully implant. I've been taking vit D supplements, and kind of doubt that is the problem, but this time of year has so little sunlight...I am having a hard time recapturing hope this cycle, maybe ruling out some easy to check things that could be wrong will help.

Sorry for all the posts... @Banana330: did your RE recommend a particular dosage of CoQ10? It seems on Amazon like some brands are 100mg and others 200mg...
nectarine / 2317 posts
@periwinklebee: min 200mg.. but recommended 800mg. and 2000 iu of vitamin D (at least)
nectarine / 2317 posts
@periwinklebee: apparently they can have an effect on sleep and some people need melatonin supplements. Take on a full stomach.. probably earlier in the day is better

I've been trying to stay away from obsessing over fertility because the time leading up to ovulation has seemed sooo much longer this cycle (ridiculous - I'm CD 11).
My ovulation symptoms seem WAY stronger than usual this cycle. I was super moody yesterday, boobs feel heavy, and mega-dose EWCM today. Also mild nausea. These are more like early pregnancy symptoms for me, but I know I haven't O'ed yet.
Anyone else get super strong O symptoms?

@peachykeen: the last 2 months I've gotten really high quality CM like I've never seen, and I had some spotting (literally like a couple drops) the day before ovulation.

@peachykeen: I've been getting crazy bloating around O time. but no EWCM
pear / 1648 posts
@Banana330: That too! But mine may be related to the carbs I've been craving/indulging in too - oops. Hoping for a positive OPK tonight.
nectarine / 2317 posts
@peachykeen: I'm on CD 11 too.. but don't think I'll O until CD14/15

@Mrs. J: popped in and saw this! Awesome!
I'm actually here because I started a new cycle today, ready to ttc! Not going to make it this month, but there isn't a December board yet, so I thought I'd say hi and be a cheerleader in the meanwhile

If someone wants to start the December POAS board and I can see this one to the end, that would be great. I'm still waiting to ovulate so I won't make it again on this board either.

@Tionn3: I just made one!

Ugh we tried for a morning BD and DD woke up crying. It's pretty hard to continue through that! We'all have to try again but DH is out at a work event tonight. I think the idea of an RE is stressing him out a little and so is having to perform at the right times.

Super super super faint FRER this AM. Makes me nervous. My temps are still up, and my period should have come today. I'm only 12dpo though, and I don't usually get BFPs until like 14/15dpo, so maybe I wait on a digital again until Sat/Sunday?
nectarine / 2317 posts
@Mrs. J: if wait if you normally get positives later. A squinter is pretty normal at 12dpo
And yet talk about killing the mood for sex when you need it most
pomelo / 5132 posts
@Banana330: thanks. It's just so hard not to be nervous! DH did see the line on the FRER and a rapid result, so it's not totally invisible.
nectarine / 2317 posts
@Mrs. J: 12 dpo is super early! I wouldn't stress about lines yet.. call your doc and ask for a blood draw.
pomegranate / 3212 posts
@Mrs. J: pic!
I'm 8 DPO and staring at a test and going cross eyed trying to see something...
