They always made sense to me... but now their priorities are crystal clear to me. They were willing to do anything for us... at the time I marveled at it, but now I get it.

I think just being an adult has made me realize what great parents I have. When I was in high school I was always jealous of my friends "cool" parents who let us party. Now I realize how foolish they were.
