What do you think is a reasonable amount of time for a call back from a nurse? I've been waiting for 2.5 hours!
I tried to make an appointment but they wanted me to speak to a nurse first. So frustrating!!

For non-emergency I would expect a call by the end of the day

I would probably call again if you still haven't heard back after 4 hours.

Our nurses have been pretty good about calling back within an hour or two.

Our nurses always call back within an hair, two tops. I would probably call back and gently inquire about a time frame.

I've called again if I didn't get a call-back after 2 hours.

I think my office says to expect a call after 3pm if you call earlier in the day.
Hope they get back to you soon.

Thanks all. Got a call back from the nurse at my PRIMARY
during lunch. Got an appointment tomorrow at 11.

Depends what for! Sometimes they say they'll call right back so that would make me think like an hour or so but if it's about a specific question or they have to ask the doctor or someone I'd say 24 hours.
