@Adira: yes I agree it sounds like a strike vs weaning. KellyMom has some great resources on strikes. I remember reading that very few babies truly self wean before a certain age (2 I think it is?)
there is often a big (temporary) supply dip right before your period, so that's my vote! Good luck!!

@Adira: I think some kids do wean all the sudden. Maybe cause he sees Xander drinking out of cups and he doesn't get bottles, he is just done. I don't know though. I haven't been through this myself.

@Smurfette: Could be. Everything I've read says weaning is gradual, but also talks about strikes more in terms of younger infants. Logan is in a funky stage where he doesn't really need to nurse anymore. I'm just hoping he will still want to! Maybe it's time to eat some oatmeal again!
