I had both of my 1st appts at 6 weeks 5 days. Had an u/s to check heartbeat and edd.
Next appt was 2 weeks later to go over family history and to talk with nurse and ob.
NT was at 12 weeks. Had u/s and bloodwork.
Next appt 4 weeks later I forget why
Anatomy scan at 18 weeks 5 days.
Another u/s 2 or 4 weeks later because the tech couldn't see certain veins of the baby's heart
Follow up 4 weeks later.
Gestational diabetes test at 28 weeks.
Just recently had my 3 hour gD at 31 weeks!

We opted not to do the NT scan but if we had it would have been an appointment separate from my prenatal appointments and I think it would have been done at the same place I had my anatomy scan.

I was offered the NT scan at about 11 weeks.
At my doctors at least they hold off on scheduling the more advanced appointments until after they confirm that the baby is viable.
The NT scan was held at a different facility (Perinatologist office) and the results were sent to my doc.

It's standard to go once a month until the third trimester, once every other week in months 7 and 8, then every week in the last month. Your timing seems to match that. My dating ultrasound was at 6 weeks, that was the visit when they ordered bloodwork and did a pelvic exam.

As for the NT scan -- how old are you, if I can ask? My OB said they recommend them for all women over 30, so if you're younger it just may not be standard procedure. I agree if you have questions like this you shouldn't be afraid to ask! They're there to answer
