@Kimberlybee: I've never made it, but my mom has and makes it as usual for all of us to eat-- the broth is pretty mild, considering all of the intense spices that go in it-- but LO loves it!

I think I'm gonna grab some pho now after my bloodwork this afternoon!

@HabesBabe: Good idea! We have a cold front coming in and it's perfect Pho weather. I think we'll have that for dinner.
