Well, for various reasons, here I am. Waiting on cervidil and ready to meet this kid.
Okay, cervidil and IV officially in. (Not bad, except cervix is still posterior. Felt like the nurse was reaching for China there.) I've apparently been having some contractions at least. The eviction notice has officially been handed to Flipper. Can't wait to meet you, baby!

Cervidil was all it took to break my water and really get the show on the road.

Yay! Thank you ladies! Right now the only thing that hurts is this IV. I'm sure I'll change my tune (hopefully) soon. I'm praying that the cervidil does it's job.

Good Luck! Cervadil took me from nothing to 6 cm in 12 hours, it hurt but it was nice to be progressing

@Espion: are you planning on epi? Because, I had one and literally the only complaint I had in birth was that my IV hurt hehe

Thank you so much for the good vibes. This induction is not ideal due to some Flipper positioning issues...I'm hoping I'll progress.
@MamaBehr: Oh man, I *really* hope it's the same for me. If not, then I'll have a Cook catheter placed in the morning.
@TurtleDoves: Almost certainly! I figure I'll hang as long as I can, but we'll see how long that will be.
Right now we're watching Major League on my laptop (that movie is so quotable) and trying to distract ourselves.
