For those of you who do this, what sort of benefits do you see? How long did it take to see any benefit?

I've been using straight jojoba oil, and it seems like everything is 'so far, so good', but I'm not sure what sort of change I'm looking for. (I break out at the drop of a hat. Sad that the thing I was most looking forward to in "growing up" was better skin, because I believed that you could magically grow out of having rotten skin!)
