OMG I just had a dream....!!

that I was pregnant!! and I FREAKED OUT!!! I actually checked my fertility app just to make sure when I'm due to have my period...

Right now would be a less than ideal time to get pregnant seeing as I'm trying to get into the nursing program and it will be another 3 years of school before I graduate and think about TTC again.

I have no baby fever anymore now that I have a new focus. BUT if I did get pregnant it wouldn't be the end of the world, it would just mean a new plan and likely not finishing school for a very long time (when the kids are in school).

What would be your reaction if you got pregnant right now?

I'd be kind of depressed for a few months? I really don't want #2 right now; LO is 4m.
But I do want LO #2 sooner than later.

I would be pretty nervous since LO is only 5 months old, but would be excited nonetheless.

Very pleased, we are feeling ready to add another. Ideally we'd like it to happen this month or next month. We'll take a break for a month our two after that to avoid another January baby. My husband jokes that he has enough hard headed Capricorns in his life already (me, our son, my mom). Honestly, we want to spread out our expenses a bit more around the holidays, December and January are already big hits to our accounts.

I think I'd be too shocked to know what to think/feel! H is 2 months/10 weeks...DH and I DTD several times since he got home last week and yesterday I randomly had some light bleeding...I either didn't have or didn't notice any blood before...So I did some quick math and I thought, "Holy crap, what if that was implantation bleeding?". And the thought was freaky but not devastating. I don't have baby fever at all, I'm enjoying my baby girl too much- I can't wrap my head around having anyone other than her! But we'd always be excited and grateful of I got pg with an oops baby at any point. I'm EBFing and we're pulling out, so while chances are pretty slim, it could happen. I also have pretty much dropped night feeds bc she is STTN....Eeeek!

Well, I'm currently pregnant, but if I got pregnant quickly after LO arrives, I'd be pretty freaked out. I kind of think LO might be our one and only. We can give one child a whole host of opportunities and experiences, but to throw in 2 or 3 more... Not so much. We like our lifestyle and what we are able to afford for our LO so idk if we'd ever pursue a second. DH and I really haven't made up our minds. We tell everyone we'll just have to see how the first one goes before we go back for seconds!

We wouldn't terminate under any circumstance though! We just might talk seriously about a snip snip after #2 lol

Considering I'm about 4 months pregnant, I'd be rather concerned if I got pregnant with a second! We plan to wait about 2 years after this one is born before TTC again, though I think if it happened by accident after a year, we'd be really happy then too. Before a year, I'd have to say a silent I'm sorry to my lady parts, but we'd figure it out.

I wouldn't be very happy about it. I want to wait at least another 6 months before starting NTNP. I really want to be back at work for a while before I get pregnant and likely quite sick again (I had hyper emesis, GD and PIH, so my last pregnancy took a lot out of me physically)

I would be excited but it's not ideal timing. We were going to start trying again at the end of this year.

@mrs. bird: hahhahahahhahahah ugly cry! I've perfected that. I always used to practice crying in the mirror when I was a teenager and got the tears down really good, but it doesn't help cause when I actually cryit isn't just tears, it's huge screaming sobs.

@PrincessBaby: lol well pull out is probably the least effective form of birth control haha. Good luck!! and btw that's amazing that H is STTN so early. I wonder if it's a phase? Cobi STTN for 1.5 months when he was 6 months old, and has just recently started doing it a few times a week now at nearly a year old.

@Mrs. Pen: I don't know if it's a phase but it certainly shocked me - she just started one night not waking up from 10p-5a. It actually worried me the first few nights..,I stared at the monitor like a mental patient to make sure she was still breathing! I ended up overnighting a Snuza Hero to ease my mind!

LO is 8 months, and I'm pretty sure we're done. But if it happen, I'd panic, cry, and eventually get over it.

@lemondrop: it's nice to hear you are planning TTC around baby #2 birthday. We have a fall baby so even though we are NTNP I really would like a BFP is like April or May so I have a spring baby to space out with DD1 who is an augustbaby
