Haha. I'd say a 8. Because my husband PMSs daily about cleaning. It's annoying.

@Mrs. Sunglasses: Ha, didn't realize that men could PMS.

Haha... mine would be a ten if he whined less about household chores and my driving.

A 9, sometimes he drives me absolutely bananas (cannot assemble anything flat-pack without cursing his head off) but he is a fantastic supporter, well and truly my rock.

A 10. He works hard, out of town, provides awesomely for his family, deals with me when I'm spastic---just a good, great guy. I picked a good one!

I voted 7, but if you had asked me 3 months ago it would have been lower. He's getting much, much better.
nectarine / 2152 posts
I voted 9 but it's really more like 9.5...nobody's perfect but he's pretty effin awesome!

I'm going to go for a straight 10 for my hubby on the scale of awesome!
He's not perfect, by any stretch of the imagination. He is seriously slack when it comes to housework but all it takes is for me to ask him and he will do whatever it is I need. He takes the micky out of me mercilessly and NEVER FREAKING LISTENS to a word I say (I say "do you want a drink, darling. He replies "oh right, that's interesting" and carries on watching TV! ARGH!).
But this isn't a scale of perfection - it's scale of AWESOME and he is, honestly, really really awesome! And the man is a true saint for putting up with me!

I gave him a 9 I never, ever give 10s, because I just can't rate anything a 10! lol.
nectarine / 2039 posts
depends when you ask me!
Right now, he just made me breakfast and has been so sweet to me all morning. I vote 10.
Yesterday morning (big fight) would have been a different story.

Definitely a 10! He's everything I ever wanted, and then some. And he makes me feel so special every single day

10. Don't get me wrong there are all sort of things he does that annoy me, but they don't stop me from loving him with all my heart.

I voted a 3. Why? Two reasons:
1) because I thought it would be kinda funny and
2) because I am kinda pissed at him right now.

Haha, these kinds of threads crack me up...I love my husband and he's awesome some of the time, but can be a bonehead at others. He gets a 5.

@Mrsdaredevil: Haha I was wondering who the 3 was.
I voted 10 because on most days he is a 10. If this would have been yesterday I would have voted a 7 lol I was pregnant grouchy and he was annoying me.

I voted 10, while he is far from perfect, he us still awesome and I have no idea what I would do without him!
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21616 posts
@mrbee: you didn't say what you voted??
@Mrsdaredevil: aww :(:( sorry he's still being such a poop.
@zippylef: oh goodness!! how did you end up with him if you didn't think he was a 10 to begin with??
admin / wonderful grape / 20724 posts
@Coco Bee: haha this thread was too shmoopy for me to comment on!
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21616 posts
@mrbee: shmoopy?!! now there is an adjective I've never heard...
pineapple / 12526 posts
@Coco Bee: Hahaha, he was a 9/10. He had a bit of an asshole attack when I was pregnant and when C was a newborn. She was unplanned and he was having trouble adjusting.
grape / 76 posts
@zippylef: I am sorry to hear that! It sounds like he is adjusting better now though so that is good to hear. I know that adjusting to being a father was pretty tough. Even though DS was planned it still took a while to get used to, I can imagine it being a lot more to get used to if the baby was not planned at all.
I hope he keeps getting better!
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21616 posts
@zippylef: ahh I understand. Sorry to hear that - babies change SO SO SO much in relationships... I'm glad to hear it's getting better.
pineapple / 12526 posts
@Mr. Coco Bee: @Coco Bee: I've been giving him the benefit of the doubt. We had a lot happen in a short stretch of time. I got pregnant 2 weeks after his father died and then we moved to England right after we found out I was pregnant. It was a lot to take in. I know it was rough on him.
grape / 76 posts
@zippylef: wow that is quite a lot to process. I am sure it was quite a huge change for you as well! I hope he makes a full adjustment soon!

10! Yes he drives me nuts and no, he's not perfect since nobody is, but as far as people go, he's awesome!
